Everything is perfect. I just wish the staff would answered the phones in a timely manner. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I had to call two separate days. next I’m not happy with my chart. I feel as if my messages go unanswered for more than several days.. I feel the old system was better. Maybe they just need to work out the kinks in my chart. but other than that Dr. Coker is excellent provider .

Dr. Desmond Coker is an excellent Doctor. His wait time for an appointment, even when you are illnis about three weeks out. I would really rather see him when I am ill but it is not possible. Also the CVS pharmacy says he does not use the prescription renewal reminder they provide which seems like it would make it easier for him and his patients.

Dr Paul-Coker is always prepared for my visits. He reviews my medical records, new lab results, and conducts any promised research prior to my appointment and demonstrates that he did so through communicating the results in a way that is easily understood. He welcomes questions and ither points of view and uses the interaction. I am so impressed with his caring nature, vast knowledge, ability to show genuine concern and care for my situation, and develop such a great deal of trust where I know I have been heard and he takes my concerns seriously and will do everything in his power to help me find tge root cause rather than just treating the symptoms. This is very important to me!
After one short visit, it’s difficult to give an opinion. I like that I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor seem knowledgeable and courteous. After I’ve seen him a few times, then I will be able to give you a better opinion.
