I love Dr. Vanman - what else can I say about her. She has the deepest care for her patients.
Dr is straightforward and sensible, explained things clearly and answered questions promptly. E visit was easy to sign into also. We covered everything quickly and got a game plan to address issues. Efficient and professional but also a nice interaction.

The girl in the front i think Jenn and the nurse that did my vitals were very bice and took time to talk and listen but the doctor not so much.. this was my second visit and both times i felt the same way

She stated I need to "Find" another provider as CA Law questions her prescribing me Opiates? She made me feel Profiled as a "Drug Seeking" patient. She wasn't listening to Anything I or my husband were saying about my Pain. I only made an appt with her cause my Neurosurgeon says changes in CA Laws has to include the Primary in my Care or Needs. I haven't taken or requested pain medication in over 2 years. I sent her an email explaining this, she had time to talk with my Neuro and between the 2 make a Plan of Care for me. Instead, I went back and forth with phone calls, no appt., no relief from pain. Last saw Neuro 07/21 for pain relief via Sedated Epidural. No follow-up after, No MRI. I have to be my Own Advocate and Neither my (new Neuro)or Primary providers like that. I don't want to waste their time, be talked at or down too in a Totally Disrespectful tone of voice. Both providers have All of my records. I've had the same Neuro for my fusions and pain management (Dr Najafi).Something happened in his office, he let go some staff and when I called 12/22, he has Re-Assigned me to a Partner Neuro
