The office had moved again without any notification. That’s my only complaint. With all the digital systems text, email etc seems there’s no reason that we as patients can’t be notified of a move.

The office does not answer the phone. I was on hold 30 minutes. If I was trying to cancel 24hours in advance I couldn’t get through.

The check in was slow and the wait was one hour an twenty five minutes!
The administration dropped the ball on advising of the office movement. At that point perhaps a temporary person should have been hired to contact each patient with appointments on the book to advise about the move. It cost me time and money, even google had a hard time giving directions to the new location.
